About Mad Science Program
SCIENCE AFTER SCHOOL FOR YOUR CHILD
Children engage in exciting hands-on activities, watch spectacular demonstrations, participate in inquiry-based discussions and take home things that they have made themselves like model rockets, periscopes, Mad Science putty and more.
Kids get a chance to get excited about science, technology, engineering, and math subjects by giving children a chance to see just how cool science can be!
Mad Science hires dynamic instructors that follow professional lesson plans and use unique equipment and original materials
Children love the hands on approach and making a take home science project related to the topic covered in that class. Along with this take-home project, students leave with a summary Take-Home Card that describes what they learned during class along with additional activities to extend their science fun and learning at home!
During the hour long hands-on science program. Children are exposed to a themed lesson in a particular area of science such as rocketry, magnets, polymers and even the science of toys.
COOL EQUIPMENT
Children receive hands on experience with the materials and equipment common in a science lab.
SCIENCE FUN
Engaging lesson plans transform STEM topics into an exciting fun learning experience creating a lasting love for children.
TAKE HOME PROJECTS
Each child will create a take home project related to the lessons learned, along with at-home sheet to carry on learning.
STEM EXPOSURE
Children are exposed to a variety of exciting topics that include rocketry, magnets, polymers and even the science of toys.
